The first issue of this year's issue includes publications on electronic dispute resolution in the field of Internet and IT technologies. The main stages of the state legal settlement and legal aspects regarding the feasibility and relevance of the implementation of an alternative dispute settlement mechanism for the example of domestic and foreign countries are considered.
Conceptual approaches to improving state regulation of ecological education of students of general secondary education have been explored. Emphasis is placed on the fact that public environmental management is an activity of state bodies aimed at organizing the conservation, reproduction and use of the environment, protection of environmental rights and interests. The competences by which the professional evaluation of the specialists of the testing and testing laboratories of the territorial bodies of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergencies should be carried out are determined, and the most effective methods of assessment and many other things are proposed.
