Technological transformation determines the importance of human resource management as a key component of the mechanism for establishing interagency cooperation of public authorities in the public sector of Ukraine. This study examines the main factors that affect the effectiveness of human resource management in government agencies and suggests ways to improve the human resource management system in order to improve interagency cooperation in the context of technological transformation. In particular, the article examines human resource management strategies, development of employees’ professional competencies, the system of motivation and incentives for employees, and the need for an appropriate level of communication and interaction between public executive authorities. Human resource management in the public sector of Ukraine in the context of war and technological transformation is a complex and important task that requires a multifaceted approach and coordination of efforts of various government agencies. Technological transformation emphasizes the importance of effective human resource management to adapt to modern challenges.
