Abstract

The purpose of the article is the scientific and theoretical justification of the importance of the web portal «Action. Digital Education» in the public management of digital transformation and providing suggestions for improving the researched object. In order for digital technologies to be in demand both in everyday life and in the implementation of public administration, ordinary citizens and public officials must have an appropriate level of digital knowledge and practical experience in their application. That is why the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the significance of the web portal «Action. Digital Education» in the public management of digital transformation and the provision of proposals for the improvement of the researched object are extremely relevant. General scientific methods (deductions and inductions, quantitative, qualitative, etc.) were used in the implementation of a scientific and theoretical analysis of the value of the web portal «Action. Digital Education» in the public management of digital transformation. Special scientific methods (analysis of web documents, content analysis, analysis of statistical data and reports, etc.) were used in the evaluation of the content of the web portal «Action. Digital Education», as well as statistical data and reports in the context of the research topic. The theoretical and practical principles of public management of digital transformation are analyzed. The tasks of special state administration bodies in the field of digital skills development and digital rights are defined. The essential features of digital literacy of citizens and digital competence of public servants are indicated. Taking into account the advantages of using the web portal «Action. Digital Education» for the organization of training, its importance in the public management of digital transformation is analyzed. The diversity of digital resources of the web portal «Action. Digital Education» and the innovativeness of the presentation of educational materials are outlined. It was concluded that the web portal «Action. Digital Education» is a tool of public management of digital transformation. The conclusions provide suggestions for improving the functionality of the «Action. Digital Education» web portal. One of the areas of further research is the analysis of the impact of the set of modern technologies in public administration on the quality of educational services.
