THE INFLUENCE OF THE AXIOLOGY OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL STATE AND THE SOCIAL STATE AND NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES ON SOCIETY-GOVERNMENT INTERACTION IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article explores the influence of axiological systems of the constitutional and social state and network technologies on the socio-political interaction in the sphere of economic development. The model of this interaction requires constant updating and specific substantive content in accordance with the current realities of Ukrainian society from the perspective of European values oriented towards the implementation of political, economic, and ideological rights and freedoms of citizens. The content of the updated state ideology of Ukraine should be the axiology of the constitutional and social state. Without this, unity between public-administrative and public institutions cannot be achieved. The main values of the legal and social state should include: dignity, social equality, social security, social justice, social freedom, social solidarity. Social solidarity is the most important among them and is considered in the context of consolidating society and social partnership. These values should be included in the context of modern high standards of public administration. It is argued that the concept of a modern state organically includes the ideas of the legal and social state and their axiological systems. The concept of a modern state also involves the use by public authorities of the most advanced management methods: decentralized methods of public administration; methods of innovative communicative activities of public authorities in organizing the relationships between public and public-administrative institutions; a qualitatively new level of strategic communication of public authorities, ensuring the indoctrination of the consciousness of subjects at the national and international levels of Ukrainian national values, strategic interests, and goals of Ukraine; the introduction of network approaches in public administration. Network structures in a modern state make it possible to implement an interactive principle of interaction through innovative media technologies of social networks and various interactive programs and
platforms that ensure interaction between representatives of civil society institutions and public authorities based on the axiological systems of the constitutional and social state.
