DESIGN OF THE INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE SPHERE OF CIVIL DEFENSE

Abstract

The order of creation, structure, content, and order of functioning of the modern information and educational environment (further - IOS) of educational and methodical centers of civil protection and life safety (hereinafter referred to as NMCs of the Central Railway and BZD) is the subject of the publication of the article. The principles of formation of the IOS profile, pedagogical design of the IOS model are analyzed, the psychological and pedagogical prerequisites for the integration of network technologies for the development of IOS and the implementation of information activities in an educational institution are outlined. The advantages of the digital transformation of the educational environment in the network of NMC Central and BZD are given. It was emphasized that for the use of digital technologies, it is necessary to implement a significant improvement of the educational process of NMC Central and BZD. The peculiarities of creating an electronic educational course on the discipline as a component of IOS with technical means available to the teacher are considered. It was found that IOS is a combination of the latest information technologies and modern pedagogical achievements, which should lead to the maximum impact on the educational process in the NMC of the Central Railway and BZD. The state level of IOS for the network of NMC Central and BZD was determined as optimal for the organization of advanced training in the field of civil protection and the step-by-step way of its creation. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the further innovativeness of NMC Central and BZD will be closely related to the introduction of digital technologies that support and transform the methodology of the educational process, affect the effectiveness of educational institution management, make it possible to experiment with various forms and models of education and manage these processes and the IOS model of the organization of the educational process with the use of electronic resources is proposed, recommendations are provided for the creation of the IOS, which include its structure, procedure of operation, features of integration into the educational process of the network of NMCs of the Central Railway and BZD and directions for further research on the topic of the article are proposed.
